Easy to use website and I liked how the prices are shown with different logistics company, allowing me to select the most value for money option. We went with Northline and collection of goods was timely and arrival was earlier than anticipated. The driver couldn't find our address but communicated with us promptly to confirm our location. Will recommend.

I ordered 200 small tiles from Western Australia to be delivered to Brisbane using couriers please. I was advised by the tile supplier to have them packed onto a skid as it will need a lifter to move them around. Due to the freight cost going up to $278:00 for $60 paid for the tiles I asked for the tiles to be double box for protection. We now have 200 perfect tile ready to use. Not one broke. Thanks Couriers Please and Transdirect.

Horrendous! Have used this Company multiple times. They are either right on point or a complete train smash. On the 2 recent occasions where the wheels completely fell off, their response was to cancel the Booking. How is that helpful?! Package was not collected as booked, no status given, no response to enquiries, Customer Service useless, totally unable to find a solution. Throwing ones hands up in the air & walking away does not resolve a problem from either the Customer nor the Company's perspective. How about arranging one of your other Providers to step

Disgraceful service. They lost a package they picked up 3 weeks ago from Melbourne to deliver to metro Sydney. They claimed their investigation would take 7-10 days to conduct to find it even though they knew it was specifically in a warehouse in Chullora. They booked Allied Express to make the delivery and continually deflect the blame to them. Now that they've finally found the package they have twice claimed it has been delivered when it has not. Every time I speak to someone from customer service they fob me off, refuse to contact the delivery driver for an update, refuse to put me in contact

Very poor customer service. The boxes weren't collected on the booking day. No one notified me about the delay.
I called the customer support and the operator wasn't helpful at all. Didn't confirm rebooking date and hinged up on me. I understand there are delays due to covid and festive time, however, there was no courage to help and satisfied the customer.

Transdirect delivered on their job declaration.
There was extra waiting time due to the busy season, they made that fully known via web notifications.
The package was a couple of days late as noted in consignment note updates.
The package was in great condition.
I sent an online query and they got back to me within an hour.

No nonsense, Straightforward online booking. As an artist, I strive to paint better paintings purely to avoid administrational duties I don't need to be involved with. However I usually enjoy shooting the breeze with the Transdirect agent whilst they load the freight item. I pass the cost on direct to client so it's nice to be able to pass on the best value delivery service to make up for lack of artistic integrity.

First discovered via an online search, I called directly to discuss my online quote. Phone operator was very helpful & pointed me back to the online portal to choose my shipping options. Made my choice with Allied overnight from Syd to Melb. Portal was super easy to navigate & sort payment. Con notes & invoice sent asap. Parcel collected from EBay seller Monday & was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Simply first class! I’m not a regular freight customer but your service is perfect for the odd few times I need to ship around Oz. Will be back & will recommend to others! Thank you.
