Eddie is a remarkable professional who is highly intelligent, very likeable, always respectful, generous with his time and helpful beyond even going the extra mile - character traits that are often sadly lacking in others of his generation. I had a successful business of 15 years with loyal staff and good customer base. The bank pulled my overdraft facility and cash flow became a serious issue.
A liquidator recommended voluntary administration and a deed of company arrangement - however this was still probably going to end up with me losing our family home. It didn't address the issues I had with personally guaranteed debts either.
