Costumers/staff DO NOT WEAR MASKS. some staff was wearing masks when I picked up, some were not. Phone and email customer service were great but I had no problem with my door. Didn't tell me my order was delayed until I called but I was happy with the service before the pickup experience where I was afraid of COVID exposure.

We used to go here exclusively for our trim (baseboard...etc). But the last time I went, I was treated so badly, I will never return. They used to have a girl behind the desk that was sweet and kind. She was very helpful. But this last time, she wasn't there. She was replaced by a girl who didn't speak English well, so communication was extremely difficult. I ended up walking out with out placing an order. I went to Home Depot instead. You pay more, but it was worth my sanity!
