From the trades that were selected to the admin team responding to all queries along the way it was all fantastic. Nathan (Building Supervisor) kept us informed of everything detail and timeframe of all milestones with no major hiccups. First time home owners, which was a nice experience. Intial planning was clear (with assistance), and each staff member we encounted was receiptive. Photos were regually uploaded after the site manager was changed, which greatly helped us see the 'live' progress of the build. The quality of the build is great, our inspection officier even complimented the work he noticed. One issue we have noticed after building is the lack of the retaining wall. We were initially told that this would not be required due to the slope of the property. However, after heavy rain, we noticed that over time, this could
