Staff are very nice and helpful, rooms clean and good value for money
Emma the cleaner gets a special shout out, while she was on break she was very helpful with understanding the rental situation in the area and also did a fantastic job of cleaning, we had our 2 dogs staying and the staff were fantastic with them
I would always come back for the staff the rooms and the hospitality

Will never stay here again.
Rooms are tiny.
No room for bags.
No bowls, plates or cutlery. Not even a spoon to stir your coffee.
Had no sugar the first night.
Dead bugs on bathroom roof.
No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Child woke up with spider crawling across his face.
Couldn't use the top bunk as it was not fitted with a safety rail.
Rude neighbours partying all night.
Wifi would not work.
Beds were horrible I always look forward to hotel beds but they were so uncomfortable.

My partner and I stayed with our dog on the way through to Sydney and we had a very restful night. Tidy, clean rooms with comfortable linen and pillows. A kettle and microwave in the room and a tiled bathroom. Decor was also sweet with a white theme, cane chairs and 2 little prints on the wall. Would recommend to anyone travelling with their pet.

I made a booking through Wotif on 29 Jul 21 and there were at least 10 rooms available at that time and I received confirmation of my booking in November. I then made arrangements based on that accommodation confirmation and late in the afternoon of 30 Jul 21 I received a message stating that I had cancelled the booking. Unfortunately I was at work when the message came through so I could not do anything until the next day. When I contacted the hotel on 31 Jul 21they advised that they were full when I made my booking due to announcement of Bathurst 1000 date changes announced on 30 Jul 21. I advised
