Our son Oliver struggled with balance and discipline. in only three months we have seen such a huge change in his behaviour and his overall core strength and balance and we attribute most of that to his love for his Karate. We have had out two boys at Black Belt Plus since Jan 2021 and they have loved it! They have progressed through the belts and are kept challenged each session. The instructors are fantastic! They are caring, enthusiastic & balanced. The boys have made some good friends and there is never any problems getting them to go to lasses. It has given them some good self-defence moves and confidence and has really showed them how to deal with bullies in a proper manner. My 4 year old recently started Little Ninja's at Black Belt Plus Martial Arts as we were looking for an activity that included some element of sport but more so focus and general co-ordination skills. The team have been excellent - very professional and supportive of including him into the group. The structure of the classes are excellent - I love that they incorporate the physical exercise with key messaging and education around respect and self discipline. We'd certainly recommend this.

My little ninja is thriving from attending black belt plus. Perfect routine for any 5 year old or younger, for so many reasons: routine, focus, concentration, confidence, self control, group involvment and much more. My favourite part is watching lilliela smile the whole time while she proudly makes her best effort to absorb the whole environment, attentive to every instruction from instructor James, and her fellow ninja friends . Great system, friendly bunch. Its not only a martial arts class, this is a weekly ritual that my daughter and I will cherish for hopefully many years to come. I recommend

Our son loves coming to black belt plus! It has helped him with his self confidence and determination to name a few things.
The instructors are very good with children(in fact a few instructors have been with black belt plus since they were children!), and the centre focuses on the whole child not just martial arts moves which is a huge bonus!!! Wonderful caring family business-couldn't recommend highly enough.

James is a very professional instructor and he loves kids! I have my 2 daughters at this karate club, they are very happy to learn self-defense and it gives them so much confidence. It's not just about karate, it's a lesson about life. Even though there maybe plenty of kids in one class, the instructors make the classes feel very personalized. We love it!!!!!

I can highly recommend Black Belt Plus to everyone within the community. We’ve had both children (4.5 yr old daughter and 6.5 yr old son) training here for the last seven months. They love it for the amount of fun they have and the copious amounts of skills they have learnt. We like the good habits program that they use both in and out of class. All the instructors and junior instructors are exceptional in the way they teach and assist the students.
As a parent, I also train with the kids and in the adults class. It’s well worth it !

Both of my kids have been training with Black Belt Plus through 2020 and they love it. The instructors are fantastic and really work with the kids to improve not only their martial arts skills, but also life skills.
The experience has been so good, both my wife and I have joined the adult classes too!
