Had them fix my Fireplace once. After 1 month, same error message happened. Called them again for warranty. Came out and gave the same diagnosis again, CHARGED FOR ANOTHER CALL OUT FEE and gave another quote for fixing other parts. It is now 3months, and multiple calls and their response was because I did not pay for the 2nd call out fee, they will not fix it. What a joke to deal with. All they want is to charge you as many call out fee as possible. Take my advice and find someone else.

Terrible customer service. Receptionist was rude, condescending and hard to understand on the phone due to her mumbling. We called another place that were very helpful and understanding. Would definitely not recommend dealing with this place.

Jeremy Macpherson Plumbing is a realisable company. Great customer service, quick response and keep you informed all the times. Eden has done a great job in fixing our blocked sewer, she's informative and professional, our family is pretty happy with the service and fair price, will definitely recommend JM plumbers to anyone needs plumbing service. My mum would like to say sorry to you Eden, she wasn't convinced at start a female plumber turn up at our house, you proved her wrong. Deserve 5 star!
