Booking our holiday through you was the easiest and most stress free travel we have been on. I could not recommend Jayes Travel enough! I have been using Jayes Travel services for over 10 years now for all International and Domestic bookings. From the first phone call to the collection of tickets and even the welcome home from Jayes is exceptional and personable. I couldn’t and I wouldn’t use anyone else. If you want peace of mind, great efficient service and a personal approach you must call Jayes.

Michelle organised a surprise getaway for my wife and I for a special occasion and it was the best 3 days away we have ever had. The luxury suite was absolute beach front, everything was taken care of, we had drinks on arrival, the people knew exactly who we were and why we were there. I think we smiled the whole time, even while we were asleep! I will never organise my own holidays or trips again. Michelle's years of experience shows in spades. Please do yourself a favour and give her a call.

Michelle and her team at Jayes Travel Newcastle are above and beyond, they handle any complications with ease and work hard to get you best possible outcome. We were a group booked on a cruise to NZ 3 days before we sailed (Royal Caribbean) the ship broke and cruise was cancelled. Michelle handled all the refunds and rebooking with excellence then March 2020 we were to sail again, Covid-19 shut borders to NZ again Michelle and her team have worked above and beyond through this confusing time and never once letting us down or leave us feeling like we don't know what is happening, today we booked

Last night attended the launch of Jayes' new office. What a fantastic evening. We were wined, dined and entertained in an atmosphere of friendliness and generosity. The location of the new office reflects the vibrancy of the business itself. The Jayes staff were welcoming and you can tell they are a team that works well with each other. Sophie is a new addition and having travelled on one of her Crete tours (cooking workshops, swimming and just generally having a ball) I can thoroughly recommend her expertise.
