Buying and selling can be stressful as we all know. I employed Nicole as my advocate to sell my home and partially purchase my new home with a view that she would relieve some of the stress.
I thought she would vet all of the legal documents and represent me when negotiating prices. She did as I expected and got great prices for both the sale and purchase, but she delivered so much more.
Nicole kept me informed, advised me on styling and presentation, followed things up immediately, provided answers for all of my questions. She calmed me down when I got a bit anxious or annoyed with the whole
