Richard Hamilton established Hamilton House Plastic Surgery with a mission to provide individualised, high quality plastic surgery care to his patients in Adelaide as well as in rural and regional areas of South Australia including Victor Harbour/ Goolwa, Port Pirie, Port Augusta, Whyalla, Mount Gambier and the South East, and the Riverland by visiting a number of those regions.
Richard Hamilton has over 20 years' extensive experience as a plastic surgeon. The founder of our Adelaide, South Australia practice, Dr. Hamilton grew up in Adelaide and graduated in medicine from the Adelaide University Medical School. In the following 10 years he trained extensively in Plastic Surgery at prestigious units in Sweden, New Zealand, Melbourne and here in his hometown, Adelaide.
Hamilton House is a licensed day hospital under Commonwealth Government regulations. Since 1997 Hamilton House Day Surgery has been continuously awarded accreditation with the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS) with outstanding achievement status, and since 2010, by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities International (AAAASFI).
Vectra 3D Technology has revolutionised plastic surgery of the breast, enabling surgeons and patients to work together to visually plan their desired outcome. Dr. Richard Hamilton uses Vectra 3D computer imaging in most of his breast beautification procedures at Hamilton House Plastic Surgery.
