Telford Smith earned its name from the company founder, Cecil Telford-Smith who started the business back in 1923 based in South Melbourne, Australia. Since then Telford Smith has earned a reputation for the highest quality design and manufacture of machinery which remains at the heart of the business, almost 100 years later.

We can achieve PET Bottle to Bottle Washing & Recycling with final cleanliness below 50 parts per million contamination!. Our Telford Smith Engineering washing plants are based on the latest technologies and advancements in Bottle Recycling. Together with our partners Telford Smith Engineering has developed a system without compromise so you can achieve washed flake suitable to be converted into Bottle Grade material reliably.
The filling sequence is then initiated and the bag is filled through either a Single Position Catch Gate or a Two Position Feed Gate, depending upon the properties of the bulk material and required accuracy. Standard systems are equipped with air cylinders to settle material in bags and easy access for the operator via the elevated cat walk with safety rail and steps.
