Trying to buy a home in the current market has been daunting. A rapidly rising market during COVID has seen Brisbane median house prices sky rocket. Not the best time to be upsizing from an apartment to a house however young children grow fast so it was now or never. They also recommended, only when asked, a conveyancer and building and pest organisation. Both recommendations were also wonderful. I trusted Matt, though very nervous about it all and my instincts served me well. Great team, great experience and aftercare too.
