The Heritage Butter Factory and Busselton Museum has ten display rooms packed with photographs, equipment and memorabilia which trace the family, social, civic, commercial and maritime history of Busselton. Everything from agriculture to whaling; from crockery, clocks and cameras to sewing machines, travel and transport is included.

Leavers Report

Money wallet or neck pouch for your keys and cash to keep them safe and on you at all times. The Leavers Entertainment Zone provides a safe, drug and alcohol free area for roughly 8000 Leavers to celebrate with other Leavers only. Each year Royal Life Saving Society WA holds a massive beach party at the stunning Meelup Beach.

My partner and I just stayed here for the weekend, we were in Unit 24 - Deluxe Double Room and were super happy. The room was cosy, had all the basic amenities you could need. The room was comfortable and for the price it was great all over. Thank you!

Nice, private, little place, if you like your independence. Small self-contained rooms with cooking facilities including a stove & oven. Good place to stay if you need a place to stay for work. Great location.

Fantastic holiday spot!
So close to the beach, shopping malls, the centre of town, etc.
The staff are so welcoming and friendly, our family appreciated the hospitality.

Friendly reception staff but when we first enetered our room it had a weird smell and the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad the hot water in the shower would turn on and off and the toilet would barely flush. The tiny bathroom sink that
we washed our dirty hands in was the same sink we were expected to was the dishes in. The grout in the tiles was dirty and black and I couldnt sleep at all because all the noises outside and how uncomfortable the beds were. Definetly never coming here again and would not recomend to anyone especially if your planning on coming with a family.

We had a booking for 3 nights at Restawhile. The place was pretty decent. The property was a bit old but well maintained. The bathroom, toilets and the room was neat and clean and have no complaints on that. The bed and linen provided was also clean. We had a small kitchenette(no gas)which helped with some basic cooking. Soaps, extra toilet rolls were provided but we did not find any shampoos or conditioners etc but luckily we had our own. So just incase pls get your own :) Overall the experience was good, if you don't prefer a fancy place then Restawhile is a good option!
