Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Had a bittersweet experience with Con.
He did the job perfect however when it came to payment, I had accidently transferred him his fee twice. I left countless calls and messages to which there was absolutely no care to return my message or return the double paid fee. Lesson learnt.

I went with Starlite purely on the reviews, and it was close to home; I wasn't disappointed! Con got back to me straight away, kept in contact and we made an appointment to install the antenna on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived a little late, but did contact me to say he was running late, can't fault him for being busy; he did the work, was friendly and polite and did the job well for a good price. Can't fault him, easy to recommend, a very good tradesman!

Con came and was very helpful, he sorted out my issues in less than 1 hour and for less than I thought it may cost.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who has an antenna that is over 10yrs old or if you are not getting the best signal or all channels available.
In short he knows his stuff.

We had Starlite Antennas install the antenna of our house last week. Con was very experienced and completed the installation in no time. He knew our area well and knew exactly what to do to reduce the signal (which was very strong in our area). Whilst on the roof, Con also found a problem with the stinkhole which was not sealed properly!
In summary Con provided a quality service and was very professional in his dealings. He was a pleasure to deal with!
