We are purposely making these changes and starting at a smaller and slower pace to ensure you are looked after as a ' good friend ', just like before. We are a Melbourne based and owned Chauffeured Car and Van and Shuttle Service to and from Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine. We have operated in Melbourne since 2000 AS initially VHA Corporate CABS, then as VHA Cars and VHA Airport Shuttle.
There have been staff and management changes but both Joanna and Clive have been the constant until about 2 years ago for the Shuttle Bus Service, when they concentrated on VHA Cars. The VHA Airport Shuttle website will be updated and operated independently but the management and vehicles will be merged with VHA Cars.

Services
It is sport based ( mainly AFL ) but there are some other entertainment events that happen. We have purchased 2 premium seats at MARVEL STADIUM ( was Etihad ) and we give them away for free to our fantastic customers! Sometimes it is first come first serve, sometimes they are spare, but they are all freeeeeee!
We can often adjust pick up times and sometimes we ask you to adjust a pick up time to help others! VHA Cars and Vans have always been licenced by the Victorian Taxi Directorate and now the Taxi Services Commission. We have both comprehensive vehicle insurance and business and public liability insurance as required by the Taxi Services Commission.

Really happy with taxi shuttle service from Clive. Arranged return transfers from home in South eastern suburbs to Airport for myself and daughter and received excellent communication and updates by text and email from start to finish. Arrived on time, clean vehicles and stress free experience all round. And to top it off a great price for trip meant no need to fight the traffic and use long term parking. Will definitely use Clive again and highly recommend to anyone looking for Airport transport or similar.

Absolutely amazing service. Booking was easy and Clive ensured the whole process from there on was easy too. Reminder text, easy pickup instructions and a pleasant journey in a comfortable vehicle to my destination. Clive is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Spoke politics and sports along the way while Clive gave me a bit of info about Melbourne too. Top bloke. Thanks Clive.

I had Matt as my driver today and as usual, VHA provided excellent service for their shuttles. Matt was courteous and on time, in fact a little early even though there was a protest in the CBD. Due to confusion about pick up points he called me and we sorted it out promptly leading to a great trip to the airport on a Friday afternoon, which we know can be fraught.
I found VHA shuttles a number of years ago and have used them many times. Their service is excellent along with very good value. I recommend them very highly.

Fantastic service at a great price. They pick you up from inside the terminal and shuttle you back. Great communication all the way providing us with the driver contact details a day before. So glad I found this company. Clive is very friendly.
Updated: I have to commend VHA again on their amazing customer service. We made a mistake on our booking and requested the pickup on the wrong date. When we saw their message the day before confirming the pickup, we quickly messaged them to say we had the wrong dates. I used VHA for the first time this August and I was very impressed with the service. Their email and messaging communications were very clear and timely and they were very accommodating to my requirements. Knowing ahead of time the driver and how to contact them was very helpful and they turned up right when they were scheduled; the trips were very smooth and I had a great chat with them all the way. Because the price is set up front you can relax knowing that unexpected traffic issues aren't going to cost you the earth. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend for airport transfers

Super service! I received message upon landing that Clive was waiting for me at Baggage claim - very reassuring as I was arriving at 8:30pm. Clive was very courteous, looked after my bag, provided bottled water at the car. The car was very clean and comfortable - highly recommended - great value and piece of mind!
