I ordered an item (as a gift) from Ben Sherman AUS on the 13th of May. I received the order on the 3rd of June (21 days later).
The item was incorrect. I contacted the customer service team to advise them they had sent me the wrong item, and that I need the correct item sent out ASAP as it was a gift.
The correct item arrived on the 8th of July - this was now 8 weeks/56 days since I ordered the item, meaning that the gift was going to have to be belated.
The item (a wallet) was correct this time, however, had a HUGE RIP through the back of it.
