Staff are nice enough but waiting 20 - 30 minutes for an over the counter medication to be reviewed watching people go ahead of me and get theirs I hate being that person but had to ask how much longer due to having shopping to take home too. It was ready, I'd seen it sitting there for at least the last 10 minutes on the edge of the wall the leave scripts. Don't appreciate just being forgotten about and left to stand there waiting, never had that experience at Chemist Warehouse which is where I'd normally go but was out of my way today.

Bad customer service and deplorable phone manners. Moved to Brassall used them twice, but never again, over priced, travel 15minutes to a chemist that likes and helps their customers. Again phone manners were disgusting, rude, and short, I had speaker on and they were heard by 5 people, who advised me to hang as I should not have to be treated as I was. Plus you made one of my scripts unusable because you put the wrong green script with the yellow repeat script. Plus I asked not to supply a particular brand, which was pencilled in the script, but you ignored it. So no I would not recommend you
