The Shareholders & Members of JIMACO Ltd are independent business owners who own and operate their own jewellery stores within Australia and New Zealand.
Terence (Terry) brings a lifetime of experience to our Chairmans role. He's been a Customs Officer, Police Officer, Banking GM, NZ Fire Services Regional Manager and board member of another buying group in NZ. Terry, along with his wife and son owns and operates a very successful family jewellery store in the North Island of NZ and has been a Director with Showcase for over 8 years.

I took my husband's necklace in for repair as it was missing a screw. Nicolas at Showcase Jewellers Mount Ommaney really looked after me and was able to take care of the repair pretty much on the spot. It was really above and beyond customer service as the necklace hadn't even been purchased at Showcase. It really shows you should be careful where you purchase things as the original seller (a national brand) wasn't the slightest bit interested in helping me, even though I was happy to pay. Whilst I was in the Showcase store, it was really evident they had a quality range of beautifully crafted
