Recently upgraded our 10 litre urn with an exposed element to a 10 litre urn with a concealed element and an Urnsulator. Absolutely fantastic.
This new setup is much more quiet than the previous setup (10 litre urn with an exposed element and no Urnsulator), and hot water is constantly available and less electricity is required because the Urnsulator helps the urn retain the heat.
Can't live without it. Amazing product.

Required a few urns for our street party at very short notice and was pleasantly surprised when the proprietor of this business confirmed availability of 40 litre hot water urns. late on a Friday afternoon. The local footy club has apparently been using them for years without any problems. Very good product, very good service.
