Formplex Weatherboards have been National Leaders in the Exterior Cladding industry since 1981. Keith Murphy started FORMPLEX in 1981 with the philosophy to give clients an all Australian made building product that didn't require painting and that was well insulated. The colour of vinyl weatherboard external cladding influences its capacity to absorb or reflect heat. In most climates, it is preferable to use lighter colours or proprietary reflective finishes. We feel the Formplex range of colours do exactly that.
Having said that we have found many ways to add that perfect contrast fashion colour to ensure clients feel their home is unique and represents them by colouring the non-weatherboard elements of the home or using contrasting trim work to set off the main colour.Eg. Absolutely wonderful product. Contractor was a lovely gentleman, he would arrive early every day, was very respectful, worked extremely hard and did a truly amazing job. He cleaned up every day, not leaving any rubbish laying around, which deeply appreciated. Our house came up a treat and am very grateful to Formflex. They were very professional and extremely helpful through the whole process. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great value for your investment in this product.

We have our house clad with Formplex weather boards June 2020 and could not be any more happier with the it. Firstly with the product we have noticed a 15 degree drop inside the house on these very hot day. Secondly the installation done by their people is very well done and professional. My project proved to be very difficult and presented us all with some nasty surprises! At every turn and through every development Howard and Silvana kept their patience, respectfulness and professionalism. I was kept informed with progress reports and people turned up when they were scheduled to turn up, which is refreshing.
Howard coordinated the local tradesmen I had chosen for some of the works needed for the project which was tricky- getting them all in and out without impeding each other's work.
Bernard and Jake who came to install the weatherboards were the best! ...so polite, so helpful

Glad to get your sample in our letter box as it encouraged us to do something about our house. We have gone from an ugly paint peeling house to one we're now proud of and our neighbour is jealous of. Your contractor did an amazing job, his attention to detail was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. He worked from 7am to 5pm 4 days and finished off on a half day, taking all rubbish with him. Once again thank you and it was a pleasure to deal with your company.
