Had a great experience with Megan from Maxwell & Co. in purchasing my first home. I had a million questions to which she would always respond immediately (over an extended period of time whilst it was built!). Her patience and professionalism was exceptional and kept me calm and informed during a pretty intimidating first experience. When I began my first property purchase (buying off the plan) I approached several firms for an indication of their rates and the services offered. Maxwell & Co were the only ones to respond to my query in a timely manner. Throughout the 3 year process I found my solicitor, Megan, to be consistently helpful and responsive - I don't think I ever waited more than an hour for Megan to get back to me. I found the service to be 'personal' in that Megan never had to refresh herself on my matter, she always knew who I was and the property matter I was enquiring about.
