A refreshing and enjoyable morning tea is a great way to begin an event. Energising travellers and providing that opportunity for people to chat over a coffee and a snack gets everyone off to a positive start as people arrive. Maybe you'd prefer an immediate start followed a little later with a well-deserved break allowing participants to digest the morning's topic along with a tea, coffee and tasty treat.
Hope Lounge is ideally situated at the entry to The Main Auditorium. It has lounge seating for 14 people and is semi private with featured frosted glass windows which look out onto the vast foyer. The lounge is a great space if you are looking for a more informal space to gather your team to brainstorm or discuss a training presentation.
This is the first of our meeting rooms leading toward the outdoor courtyard. Meeting Room Two boasts two walls of internally facing windows which offer a bright, open feel yet continues to provide a very private feel due to the frosting on the windows. One of our smaller rooms Meeting Room Two is perfect for small training groups or meetings.
Meeting Room Four boasts a beautifully bright, open space with an outlook into the Hope Discovery Playground. It is ideal for all day training sessions, retreats or mid-large size groups, with capabilities of using the small rooms near it as breakout rooms. There is also more than enough room for morning/afternoon tea & lunch stations to be set up in-room, you will feel completely catered for in this beautifully situated meeting room.
Meeting Room Five is ideally situated. With an outward view toward the Hope Discovery All Abilities Playground and close to the outside courtyard you will feel the nearness of the outdoors. A unique shape, Meeting Room Five provides a fantastic space for mid-size gatherings and offers a Flat Screen Smart TV, Whiteboard, Tables, Chairs.

We had a Planning Day with activities and the room 9 was perfect for our needs.
The room was prepared, and tidied at the end of the first day ready for second day.
Launceston Conference Centre were friendly and supportive.
Fire alarm testing/installation was explained to us in advance and did not interrupt our proceedings.
All in all it was very well run.

I have used this venue for the last four years to conduct various training courses. The venue is well laid out, with excellent facilities and parking usually available. the onsite cafe is a bonus and is well used by participants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this venue for multiple purposes

We were so impressed with the team that assisted us throughout our entire event, right from day one of planning through to the day of the event, we were in such great hands. The venue was incredible, everything and anything we needed leading up to and during the event was sourced, the team went out of their way to ensure things ran smoothly. Wonderful conference venue for our Teachers conference of over 350 delegates. Joel was able to arrange everything from catering, technical support, workshop rooms with minimal fuss. The Tech crew were amazing for live streaming, zoom conferencing, and live presentation to several large screens. Highly recommended
