Join Lea in her specialty Cake Decorating classes and 4 week courses following the Wilton guidelines. Our 4 week Wilton courses are perfect for the novice or intermediate baker looking to learn or brush up on their skills. Each 4 week course also includes a kit valued at $200 which contains all the tools you will need and Lea is there to guide you every step of the way.

Just finished course 1 wilton - instructor is patient, kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable in formal cake design and piping.
Even when i lost my temper with my buttercream i had made (nothing to do with course) intstructor was kind and attentive and highly professional. this is a course set for those seriously considering cakes as a profession. as i am not personally i would love to see Lea do a separate course for the hobbiest on flower piping only with royal icing just flowers.......as i struggled with the buttercream (hot hands) but that is a personal thing not course related.
