Dirty, dingy, dated and lots of very basic things weren’t in working order. No/blown light bulbs in lamps, dripping taps, oven element hanging down touching top shelf of oven, only two of four stove top elements working, screens not covering windows properly (mozzies etc. getting in), very poorly equipped kitchen, every time kitchen tap was turned on the pressure was so strong that water went all over everything, shower head in main bathroom was covered in build up causing water to spray everywhere, sticky couch, mouldy blinds, fan in second bedroom not working (switch was turned on when we arrived

I booked a one bedroom with pool side view. As I booked it ,it stated with bath. I had 4 days off being a community care support worker and our 20th anniversary. I thought it would be nice to have a break and relax in a bath reading a book and having a look around 1770. I was really excited to get away. When we arrived. I walked into my room ,I had a view of a cabin and no bath. I got really upset. I contacted the manager he came and seen me. He stated no one bedroom s have a bath. I was just crying. He changed us to a poolside view. And stated that i had booked through booking.com. I stated no

Gary is a great bloke, so easy and friendly, the setting of the resort is top notch and always inviting. Have stayed a few times before and I'm sure we will be back again. Highly recommend the pool side apartment style rooms for families with kids, kick back and relax on your private patio or balcony and let the kids exhurst them selves in any of the 4 pools.

I rang around a few places to get some accomodation for a spontaneous night away with my family. After having no luck I jumped online and was thrilled when I saw a room available at edge on beaches after being told there was no availability when I called. I Thought maybe someone had cancelled, no idea. It was well over priced at $440 a night but… booked and thought I'd paid anyway because I had to enter my debit card details.
I then missed 2 calls and had a message to call Jody from edge on beaches urgently. So I did. Well she instantly started screaming at me because she had told me earlier
