Guys who did the work were friendly, but poor workmanship and left area of broken concrete unpatched from a pipe replacement installation. Very poor tiling job done when shower area were ripped open for waterproofing. Sent email feedback regarding issues faced.
Check messages and noticed a voicemail left. Rung back and they were apologetic and discussed time and date for someone to come around to patch up concrete. Tiling job unchanged. Not experienced would not recommend their tiler.

What an absolute pleasure to have all my plumbing problems solved by such wonderful guys. I had a heap of things to install and/or fix and the boys were polite, clean, great with my pets and terrific at their trade. Thank you to Linda, Mark, Renay & Corey. After knowing we had a gas leak we dreaded having to make the call for repairs. We found Rustic Plumbing through google and Damien quoted fairly, honestly and gave us the options. Along with Cory they were here on time, and did the job in good time as well as cleaned everything as if nothing happened except now we have compliant gas lines safe for our family with the bonus of lifetime warranty. Rustic Plumbing are professional, efficient and honest. Mark, Tarin and the team were fantastic with our collapsed/cracked pipes in our front yard. The guys took care in digging up, replacing pipes and returfing our front yard. They took away all the mess and cleaned up afterwards. Could not recommend them enough. Price was fair for the work that was done . 👍

Mark Currey came and replaced the toilet unit in my rental as the cistern had cracked and water was leaking. He was on time, efficient and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. The new toilet unit looks great and works well. Would not hesitate to recommend him and Rustic Plumbing Solutions for future services.

I recently called Rustic Plumbing as l had problems with my hot water service. The initial phone call was answered promptly and they attended my property on the same day.
My electric hot water service was 15 years old and l was advised that replacing it would be more beneficial than servicing it in the long run.
Rustic Plumbing provided me a free quote on the day they came out. I decided to get two other quotes to compare their price against other competitors, their price was not the cheapest but also not the dearest, it was sitting right in the middle.
