Our advanced systems use natural processes to turn wastewater into clean, safe water which can be recycled on-site. Taylex Wastewater Treatment Systems can be built to treat up to 10,000 litres per day. Utilising the principles, quality components and construction methods used for our in-home treatment systems, Taylex can offer the same peace of mind and quality effluent output on a much bigger scale. The 10+ Person Advanced Secondary Wastewater Treatment System is suitable for small schools, caravan parks, semi-commercial sites with no access to town sewer.

We make two types of septic systems; traditional style septic tanks and our advanced septic system; the Taylex Maxi Tank. Taylex manufactures a range of traditional septic tanks from 4,000L to 22,000L. All tanks come with an internal baffle wall and are fitted with a Taylex filter as standard. The engineer-designed concrete vessels are covered by a 15 year warranty.

Guarantees to purify all the waste discharges in the tank, before it is discharged to the environment. Effluent cannot be re-used, it must be disposed of through underground absorption trenches. Advanced secondary treatment systems are the most commonly used systems in Australia.

Taylex, your builder, or installer will help you to get the correct design and submit it to your council. The design will tell us how large the irrigation areas need to be, where on your block they should go and whether they will be above or below ground irrigation systems.

Once the wastewater design is completed and submitted to council, we will then have all of the information we need to give you a quote for the supply, installation and commissioning of your home sewage treatment system.In the case of a new build, your new Taylex system should be the first thing to be installed on your block, before any other building work has started.
