We are delighted with our new WA Fibreglass Pool (Weekender Model) that was installed in our backyard. Everyone we dealt with through the whole process was extremely professional. Lenny was fabulous at dealing with all our purchase decisions helping with the best pool location and tailoring an equipment package that suited our lifestyle.
The whole install process was explained clearly with us at our home prior, so we knew what to expect but were still amazed to watch it all unfold in what can only be described as seamless, the whole crew are obviously very experienced and good at what they do. We love our WA Fibreglass Pool & have had exceptional & friendly service; from my first chat with Lenny in the showroom, to recent correspondence with Kellie about a part replacement under warranty. Our block had limited & difficult access, but it was all arranged & installed with no problems. We've enjoyed the pool for two years and would highly recommend WA Fibreglass Pools, many thanks :-)

Worst experience ever!!!!!!
After reporting a significant defect in my fibreglass pool shell WA Fibreglass has been an absolute nightmare to deal with! They continually told me it was alright and nothing to worry about and have failed to provide a solution.
Stay away from these guys, they are a complete JOKE!

My WA Fibreglass pool was installed at my home on Tuesday 24 August 2021.On 13 September 2021 I took my first swim in my pool and became aware of very pronounced peaks and troughs or 'lumps' in the floor of the pool. I notified WA Fibreglass immediately of this issue.
The WA Fibreglass Pools site supervisor attended our house on 15 September 2021, he conducted a quick walk around the outside of our swimming pool and advised us that lumps in the pool flooring were commonplace and nothing to be concerned about. Pleased with the finished product and price, however we needed more guidance and updates in the middle of the process as we felt confused and a big neglected. Could really do with a Youtube video to remind us how to maintain and operate the pool, there was a bit of information overload on final hand over. Luke was great and very helpful - thanks

A massive thank you to Steve from WA Fibreglass Pools who went above and beyond in fixing my pool/pump issues. Being a new pool owner, i had no idea what to do except make a desperate call for help. It was xmas eve, the day was a scorcher and Steve wasn't meant to be working but still made the effort to help me out. I am beyond grateful and so glad ( especially the kids) that the pool was fixed in time for xmas. Thanks Steve-top job!!

I have been doing paving and bullnose installation on a lot of WA Fibreglass Pools since 1999 and can say with all honesty you would be hard pressed to find a better pool company.
Salespeople that actually care and have done time on the tools, so they know what works and what doesn't and can help with landscaping ideas drawing on their own experience.
Unlike other companies they wont hide costs, only to add them half way through the installation.
The owners of the company are extremely professional and are personally part of every install, ensuring the whole process goes smoothly.
