I have found my Bonanza Tilt Tray Box Trailer to be such a well built and reliable trailer. Upon first contacting Corey with my box trailer inquiry, I soon placed an order and had delivery sooner than anticipated of this awesome unit.
My box trailer has been put through it’s paces over the past few months with long road trips and heavy loads and it hasn’t missed a beat.

Shocking experience highlighted by the worst customer service imaginable. Looking for a specific trailer, rang up to confirm that the had stock available and it was confirmed by male staff member. Jumped in car and drove over an hour, only to be told that they didn't make the trailer needed and it was implied we were idiots and must have contacted some other trailer maker. Do not use these people under any circumstances.

I just called about a motorcycle trailer.
The phone experience was terrible.
I pretty much had to force the information out of the guy who didnt even introduce himself.
The only offer he gave was go to the website.
Bonanza Trailers Heatherbrae just lost my patronage. I wont waste my time to go to this place. If this is the quality of CS, I can only imagin the quality of thier product.

What a disaster! Bought a cage for my 8x5 trailer and it was 4inches too long and way too wide. My trailer is bang on 8x5 within 10mm. I honestly felt wronged. I got a refund but that’s not the point. The excuse was they use internal dimensions of 8x5 no matter how you want to measure it it was wrong from the beginning. At first when we paid my carer had to insist on a receipt and it was like a big deal to get one. Honestly I will never set foot inside here again even the way we were talked to was a joke. It’s a me Tarzan you Jane mentality, what a joke people still exist in society like this

My trailer landed a day earlier than the estimated time of arrival. I went with these guys because other competition where either too expensive or didn't bother to get back to me at all, too hard basket it seemed. Bonanza trailers could also put me onto someone who can do some mods to the trailer in the area. Well done guys!
