We bought a new $86,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee here a few weeks ago, and have been very disappointed. We had an original tow bar fitted prior to delivery specifically to tow our caravan, which is the reason we bought the Jeep in the first place. We specified that we needed a 12 pin plug, which is standard for caravans. When we picked up the car, I noticed that they had fitted an incorrect 7 pin plug, but they immediately promised to rectify the mistake. My partner purchased his car and gets it regularly serviced here. He got two tyres replaced elsewhere and they rotated them accordingly.
When he went back for his next service, he said don't rotate the tyres. They rotated them and charged him. He then went back and told them to rotate them back as they weren't supposed to be rotated in the first place. They charged him again for fixing their mistake. He has just gone back for another service and they have done the same thing. He told them not to rotate the tyres and when he picked the car up they said they haven't but charged him for a tyre rotation

Heard nothing but bad things a friend of mines parents saved up and got a new nissan always serviced it on time they noticed each time before service due motor was using more oil they made rockhamton Nissan aware they said yeh they use a bit its normal cars just out of warranty needs new motor and they wont help them at all ..Avoid these guys if you dont want the problems my mates parent's have had to endure!!!

Daughter's car which I bought new from DC Motors 3 years ago had a slow, but significant leak in a front tyre. Since it was due for a service, I thought I would get them to sort it at service time. They completed the service, but when I picked it up, they were unable to locate the leak???? I was happy to pay for a repair, tube or new tyre if need be. It was simply convenient for me to get it done while it was being serviced. They did rotate the tyre to the back though!
Now I have to waste another half day taking it somewhere else to get the tyre fixed.

Booked car in at 8:00 to be ready by 1.00.
Waited 45 min for courtesy car to take me home, only for the driver to bypass me for later arrivals. Was told, when I asked if I had a ride, that he'd be back for me. Made my own way home.
Arrived at the service centre at 2:15 to be told that the car was not ready and would be a further half hour. What's the point of booking the car in for 8:00 if work isn't going to be carried out 'til mid afternoon?
Not a happy camper!

The loveliest place to buy a car even though I purchased it from Mackay, everyone was very helpful, open and honest. I appreciated that when there was a delay in delivery, the cause for the delay was fixed and they were generous enough to send a gift card.
Absolutely recommend DC Motors even if you’re not in Rockhampton as they are trust worthy and have great customer service.
