Chiropractic utilises and combines the knowledge of the spine and pelvis to the nervous system which controls the whole body. Its holistic approach is conservative, safe and effective at achieving a good balance for the whole body so you can work at your optimum. Your chiropractor will assess your posture and muscle imbalances/compensations and any restrictions in joint movement to get to the root cause of your body's condition.
Naturopathy is a form of complimentary medicine which honours the body's innate wisdom and ability to heal. Naturopaths aim to treat the whole person individually and educate and empower you to take responsibility for your own health. The emphasis is on using evidence-based and traditional natural substances such as food, herbs and nutritional supplements to create balance, promote wellness and prevent chronic dis-eases.
Remedial massage can treat a variety of muscular skeletal conditions such as work related injuries, sporting injuries, shoulder problems, general muscle tightness, neck and back pains, restricted movement in joints, headaches and postural imbalances. Pregnancy - only from 2nd semester onwards with a belly pillow, so you can actually lay on your stomach!.
Lucia is a Masters qualified Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, which gives her an advanced scope of practice. She can diagnose, treat and manage a range of physical health conditions including obesity, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, women's health, cervical screening and provide overall health checks.

Thanks to Naomi I have been able to get my health on track and start to feel so much better. After years of seeing many different naturopaths/ doctors etc I feel I finally have someone who can really make major changes to my health. She is very genuine and caring, wanting the best for clients. Being able to see her and Lucia, the nurse practitioner, means I only have to go to one place for my health needs. Lucia is very caring, compassionate and professional, and a wealth of knowledge. Definitely feel lucky to have found this clinic!

I am so grateful for Naomi. I had tried everything from GP's for my health issues over 10 years with no luck. After seeing Naomi for 5 months, I have regained a level of health I never would have thought possible. Her support, knowledge and kindness has gotten me to where I am. The staff at this clinic are very professional and are fantastic at what they do. The whole family sees Richard Lee and he is amazing! Also had my baby granddaughter in for baby chiro and was extremely satisfied with the the work of Stephanie the locum for bubs adjustments. Helped her relax straight away. Great job guys!
