When we arrived, there were no guests in the room next door and it looked sufficient for one night sleep in a good location. Went for a walk and when we returned the guests in the room next door had arrived. This is when I realised there is only a door between our rooms (not a wall) and we could hear the neighbours talking - every single word! There was no escaping this, even with the TV on. I called the receptionist to the room and she could hear it too. I told her I was going to make a long drive home 3hrs after checking in but she wouldn't even give me a partial refund as I hadn't complained

Wouldn’t stay there again. People at reception were mostly rude and not helpful, guest laundry out of order, supposedly, wouldn’t give us a toaster. Dogs barking at everyone that come in. So no, wouldn’t stay there again. Could have rented a house for the same amount cost us to stay there for the week.

Arrived and the receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all. Opened the motel room and it smelt like wet dog and the carpet was that dirty that I wore shoes the entire time. Bed was rock hard, lights on all night, Dog barked all night, cockroaches running along the floor, didn’t have a shower as too dirty. Would not recommend this roach motel at all. We have stayed in a lot of motels and this place should be shut down. Worst motel ever.

Old and shabby. The shower screen was cracked and hard to close, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. A double cupboard had been placed in front of the air conditioner blocking half of it, didn't work well anyway. Smoke alarm missing, two chairs worn through the fake leather on sides and top. Single light switch on entry set on doorjamb below the level of the doorknob. Springs felt through top of mattress. I was made to feel like an idiot for asking for a toaster. If you do stay here, pay a little more for the one storey rooms with a kitchen area, they looked much better when I took a peek

This Motor Inn is in a top spot with access to many things such as pier, shopping, markets etc. Bed was great. Our only disappointment was that as pensioners you cannot always afford to buy 3 meals a day. We asked for a toaster but was told they did not have a spare one. Also no microwave. We paid $130 a night for 2 nights, and this is the 4th time we have stayed here. Never had this issue before.
