We specialise in patios, carports, sheds, insect screens, shutters and cafe blinds to enhance your outdoor living room. We are based in North Brisbane and work throughout the greater Brisbane region up to and including Bribie Island and the Sunshine Coast. We are a family business interested in quality not quantity.

Jodie and Eugene of Sandgate were frustrated that they couldn't use their upper and lower verandas on their beautiful Queenslander in bad weather. After exploring a number of options they decided to install louvers. By installing louvers on two sides of their top veranda they were able to reduce the weather to their upper level veranda.
Mark and Sonya from Albany Creek were planning a big family celebration and wanted to update their patio area before the event. You can see that they chose to use insulated sheeting, which has a beautiful stylish underfinish and to have the post in the garden bed to maximise the available space.
On the night of the party Mark and Sonya were very pleased with their new outdoor entertainment area as it shrugged off heavy rain keeping their guests dry and comfortable.

This work has created another room which is a contemporary indoor-outdoor feel brilliant for the Queensland Summer and lifestyle. If we didn't understand something Maurice would explain again to us so we could trust we knew what we were getting. Extremely neat and tidy professional who we would ask back again.

We recently had the privilege to have Morespace Patios build our patio roof. Julie provided prompt service and replied to our questions efficiently.
Maurice is a master tradesman. His attention to detail is amazing and the finish he provides is 10+.
It was refreshing to have a person who takes so much pride in their work construct our roof after our recent house build experiences.

I highly recommend Morespace patios. They have exceeded our expectations for the work they have done with our new Patio. From the initial consultation with Julie we knew we had found a company that aimed to work closely with their customers to meet their needs. Maurice has the highest level of attention to detail I have seen in a tradesman,… communicates well and is very hard working. He turned up on time and was very considerate of our family and the other work we had happening at the same time. He goes above and beyond to ensure that what he does is perfect. And it is.

Maurice was very professional and completed a fantastic job on our drainage and deck infills. Maurice is very particular about his work and always ensures it is done right the first time. He always started and turned up when he said he would and Julie was great to communicate with for the paperwork and organising times. Maurice takes great pride in his work and rightly so, he works very hard and always so professional. I would highly recommend Maurice for any building work.

Julie and Maurice did a great job with our recent patio build in our Boondall rental. Julie measured up on the day and Maurice completed the work over two days. They always turned up on the days they said they would be there and there was very little wait time to get the job done. Maurice even did a little value adding by fixing our side gate after… finishing the patio. That's what I call service and they do it all with courtesy and care. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a patio and you can be assured you will get a job very well done.
