Services
The Newmarket Store Caterers is operating from 6am weekdays, and can be ready to deliver your breakfast from 7am. We have a range of fresh juices, flavoured milks, homemade muffins, and dairy goods like low fat yoghurt to accompany these items. Roughly the size of a muffin, these mini quiche are made on the premises and can be served warm or cold.
Many of our meats are cooked on the premises to ensure their freshness and avoid many of the preservatives found in processed meats. All of the sandwiches are made as close to serving time as possible on a mix of grain, white and wholemeal breads. We have developed a grading system to allow you to choose the type of sandwich best suited to your group - if you are still not sure, please contact our catering staff for advice.
Every now and then its nice to have a change from sandwiches, rolls etc. The following is a selection that you can build a buffet from, or perhaps add to the normal lunch of sandwiches to add a little more variety for your guests. As the following items are all made fresh to order, we do appreciate at least 2 to 3 working days notice for these items.
Most of these platters are based on serving six to eight people as a light snack. Nearly all these platters only require a few hours notice, however some need a little more preparation. Three varieties of premium cheese, crackers, fresh fruit, and accompanied by our exclusive fig & pistachio rolada.
Just because someone has gluten intolerance doesn't mean that they can't enjoy a sandwich with the rest of the group. We have been able to source a great selection of morning/afternoon tea options, and also make a number of items here on the premises (which allows us to tailor the ingredients to suit the client where possible).
