Water Plus installed a home watering system 5 years ago and all was good. Late 2020 we needed some work done on the system and I rang them. I was told that they were too busy with commercial customers to look after our problems. I tried them again this week and got the same story, effectively, you are on your own. This is woeful service and reflects poorly on their business and management. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
