What a rort. Charge for travel based on km travelled when they have multiple jobs in the area. The travel cost more than the report. Requested that they meet me if they need to come onsite, but they didn't let me know. They couldn't explain what they based some aspects of the report on. Turns out they used an aerial photo that didn't show current conditions. What is the point in coming on site when you base the decision on an aerial photo that is years out of date. Oh that's right so you can charge more than double for happening to be in the area on another job. Useless.
