Booked an appointment with this practice online and confirmed appointment with text day before. On day of appointment on arrival I spoke to the reception staff and was told that I was unable to see the dr as they did not have time for new patients. Why not say that on your website or during booking process or on the confirm text,

All I can say is what an absolute joke this place is! Been in for 2 appointments to have an excision done with Dr Arden Dearden and on both occasions nothing was done. Both times I have had to take time off work and pay for appointments with nothing being done. Today was the second appointment and Dr Dearden’s first words to me were “I don’t know what you said to the girls at the front but why have you booked 3 appointments on a Monday afternoon when I’m busy” he then told me he couldn’t do the excision and I was made to feel guilty for somehow making the admin girl book me for 3 appointments

I was misleadingly advised on the phone that one of the doctor Matt was interested in Sport injuries. If unable to help a senior doctor could help him.
That was a waste of time and $126 for a specialist consultation ? All I got was the name of a Physio and no referral. He’s a simple GP with it felt little experience.
The nurses were really friendly and helpful. Such a shame. I feel none the wiser, poorer and disappointed

I'd give this medical practice a zero if I could, from the receptionists to the doctor to a nurse, every single one of them has been extremely unhelpful, rude and spoke down to me. Charged for a long appointment the doctor would not do the blood tests I requested (as had issues in past) Stay far far away from this place. You will not receive any quality of care or respect or be treated with any dignity at all.

A true Family Doctor Surgery with constant doctors. Our whole family has seen the same doctor for near 10 years, and on the times when my girls want to see a female doctor, same thing, they've seen the same female doctor that whole time. Long term, caring doctors and staff with in house pathology make this place perfect for families and long term, high needs patients. And punctual, which is a rarity in near any surgery.

Great experience with most of the staff, only one nurse was rude when she called my name and I was gathering my things to get up she told me to hurry up, I understand there are alot of patients to see but It sometimes takes a lot of courage to attend certain appointments for people. However, my doctor I was seeing was very nice and made me feel at ease and comfortable she gained my trust and I felt good to return for follow up appointments (which is a big deal for me)
