Great service! I bought a rather large Xmas tree from Myer and received text updates throughout the day from Capital Transport; their tracking link showing where the driver – who was very friendly – was was also really helpful; it was great knowing when he was in the area and when he was at my door. Can’t fault them!

Not reliable and not worth the stress.
I have been with Capital 20 years and regret that this is not the 1st time that we have been let down over the past 3 years.
Operators accepted a Kogarah - Haberfield job (12.5 km) pre 10am for delivery pre 6pm. Rang several times during the day only to be told at 4pm that there was no driver available and the job was cancelled.
Don't accept the work if you can't deliver.
I have a florist shop and we occasionally use this company for further distances to keep our own couriers in the area but not any more.

Great courier service very efficient to answer the phone, products delivered promptly, you have a choice of how quick you want your stuff delivered, surprisingly reasonably priced. We have no complaints, however, if you do have a complaint about any courier service you must remember the volume of call these guys get and deliveries they make every day and work out the percentage of things that go wrong but you’re sure on your particular day in general they do it pretty well..

Hands down the best delivery/courier service! The live tracking of the delivery made collecting the item easy. Compared with other delivery services this live tracking feature made the whole experience of organising your day around a delivery easy. Other services haven't been bothering with trying to deliver, and either taking the parcels directly to the local P.O or back to their warehouse. The delivery driver was also wearing a mask and was incredibly professional, which is excellent to see especially during covid lockdown. Thank you Capital for restoring my faith in online shopping/home delivery

Had a Koala King Sized Mattress Delivered (they come rolled up I'm a 2m x 0.3m x 0.3m box) by their courier service.
They turned up outside the delivery window. 2 couriers delivered the package, but refused to put it in the lift stating it's too heavy, despite having a trolley and left me on my own to struggle. It's not even that heavy! <20kgs.
Maybe use these guys if you need a very light items.

This company should be proud of the service provided by its employees. Its 5 star! The two young blokes who delivered our bed this morning were very professional, courteous and so accommodating. The communication was effective and spot on time. Both Marten and Marvin presented as two young men who would be great representatives for any company. Well done boys and thank you.

Exceptional service for 5 years. Was such a happy customer. Happy to pay the extra $ for the service (Prices have increased over past few years, understandably) BUT... Last 12 months the service has been consistently TARDY for most bookings. Nothing gets delivered in the quoted " time frame window" Have found them to be consistently bad with service and deadlines.
