All praises for Brett who did my Evap unit cleaning. No brainer for me to rate 5 stars for this company. AWESOME!
Brett spend almost 4hours and did the job slow and carefully as we have many expensive decorative ornaments in the house. No complaints whatsoever, even very polite despite the work condition. Before and after pics were just fantastic, only regret is we didn't contact Ductmates sooner. Be happy to recommend this wonderful company to friends and relative. Good job!

DuctMates did a great job cleaning our ceiling ducts and the return register in our home this week. Their communication was terrific, with a phone call prior to the appointment time before they arrived, and very careful inside the house with the furniture and taking care to clean up any mess. I'm glad to have Gary and Ryan helped me to remove the stubborn wet wipes from the duct. It was painful to hear the noise with the tissue stucked in between when the exhaust fan is running. The team work collaboratively and communicated well with the problems that I'm facing. Only few hours after the call in the morning and the technician was right at my door and helped me to fix the problem.
