The Cantonese Chinese term yum cha primarily refers to the tradition of morning tea in Cantonese cuisine exemplified by the traditional tea houses of Guangzhou (Canton). Yum Cha translates literally as 'to drink tea'; Dim Sum as 'to touch the heart'. All our Yum Cha dumplings and buns are handmade for us in Sydney.

Worst customer service and ripped off with no replacement of broken item.
Don't purchase anything from this store.
My wife bought a glass water bottle with tea strainer and was told bottle was sturdy, used by kids and well worth the &40 price.
The lazy assistant failed to wrap the bottle safely and what should be a standard practice for glass items. My wife put it in her basket walked down the street and it broke in her basket.
Upon returning the shop assistant said there was nothing she could do, bad luck, I'm the manager and the owners away.

I am the owner of Red Ginger. Unfortunately the bad review from Andrew Grace about the broken tea glass is misleading. The shop assistant offered to wrap it in bubble wrap but the lady declined and said it was OK in her basket. This particular shop assistant is an exceptionally well mannered woman. It is not our responsibility if a customer breaks an item after it leaves the store. If we were responsible we would honour the purchase. Sorry Andrew but I did need to give the other side of the story.
