Events NQ opened its doors in the early 80's. We've had different names and guises since then, but we've always had one consistent advantage. We're a strong-knit team. Some of us have been around since the beginning. Others have been here for a decade or more. It's all about team work, when something needs doing we all pull together to make it happen.
Events NQ can hire you all the marquees, dance floors, equipment and linen you need to make your wedding day special. But we can do so much more. From creating unique, personalised themes, to organising the flowers and cars, our wedding coordination services can provide you with as much support as you need.
Events NQ has managed several successful corporate and commercial events, festivals, conferences and exhibitions across the region. These have included the annual 'Longest Lunch' in Port Douglas, the NQ Wedding and Formal Expo in Cairns and the Xstrata Mt Isa Mining Expo to name just a few. Dan and the Events NQ team looked after the equipment for my wedding (marquee, chairs, bulb lights, table cloths/runners, etc) and communication was outstanding from the beginning 😊 Dan was very patient and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I wanted to know and making sure I was looked after. All the equipment they hire is high… quality, top of the range as well as the customer service they provide ✨ The set up was impeccable and everything was ready to go the day before. I had nothing to worry about on the wedding day, just as I had planned!! I absolutely
