Ezy Locksmiths (Ali) came highly recommended by my local Wollongong ADC locksmith for a transponder key job they were unable to do.
The job ended up being a bit trickier then expected and in the pouring rain.
It was needed between Christmas and New Year and Covid also impacted the ability to contact the car manufacturer in the UK.
He went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed with every effort to minimise inconvenience to me.
Furthermore remained calm, professional and friendly throughout, and charged the original quoted price.

Ali replaced all the locks on our home about two years ago and the service, cost and advise was brilliant. Last week I was locked out the house and Ali came over to try to get in.
He was here for over half an hour trying but unfortunately I had left the key on the other side of the door so it was not possible to do the conventional way.
I was able to then get in contact with my spare key holder so told Ali I would have to leave. Ali charged me nothing for his callout time and offered to come back with a new cut key if I needed.

Absolutely saved me!! Went to the beach and must have gotten water in my car key. The Car wouldn’t unlock with remote and the engine wouldn’t start on top of that was stuck there with my 2 year old. a lovely man came less than an hour after I called and reprogrammed a new key within 10 mins. I highly recommend this service, and will be telling all my friends.

Ali was on time and changed four locks for me, his work is fast and clean. Ali also advised me regarding my wants for a certain type of lock and possible problems with my insurance policy should something happen. I was so glad he told me.
The price he charged was more than fair, as a tradesman myself i had to have a sticky beak in his van and what i saw confirmed to me he is a professional at his trade.
I need some other work done to the house and will be calling Ali to do the work again.
