Keefer Brothers(R) was founded in 1928 by brothers Trevor and Colin Keefer. One of the first products Keefer Bros. manufactured was the glass automotive fuse. Marketed under the brand name "ZAC", Keefer's expanded their product line from fuses to include such products as starter switches, push pull switches, dimmer and tumbler switches, grease nipples and various automotive petrol fittings.
