Calf muscle hypertrophy is characterised by enlarged muscle bulk of the gastrocnemius muscle. This muscle forms the two-headed bulk shape of the calves located in the back part of the lower legs. Our Doctors will take a comprehensive history to determine the underlying cause of your calf muscle hypertrophy.
Hyperhidrosis is characterised by abnormally excessive sweating involving the extremities, underarms and face, and is usually unrelated to body temperature or exercise. Our Doctors will take a comprehensive history to determine the underlying cause of your hyperhidrosis. If appropriate, our Doctors may refer you to your regular GP or a Specialist for further investigations.
Jaw clenching or teeth grinding (bruxism) is the involuntary clenching or grinding of the teeth. It generally happens during sleep, but some people experience it when they are awake. Jaw Clenching may be effectively treated with appropriately administered injections. Prior to your treatment, our Doctors will carefully examine your jaw grinding and assess whether this treatment is suitable for you.

Was some confusion over how to book online, and when called to speak to manager, Vanessa was extremely rude and cold. Refused to let me speak to a manager or even give a name unless I was a client. Guess this is how she prevents herself from getting in trouble for bad customer service. Well not going to be a client after the way she treats customers. No personality, dont recommend booking in with this place with staff like Vanessa.

I was looking for a market leader and authority Laser and Cosmetic Clinic for my minor acne scars (had for years). I would only settle for the very best results and I found that in Smooth As Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic Newtown! Super 5-star friendly customer service from the first time you call them and even after your treatment. Great follow up is what counts in my opinion! Really love coming to this niche clinic. The staff are always helpful when trying to get a last minue appointment and the treatments here are amazing. They are great at tailoring individual skin care treatment plans for specific skin concerns and always make me feel comfortable without any hard sell tactics that I've encountered at other places. I'm so thankful they are located in Newtown as I would happily travel all through town to see them if I had to! I couldn’t recommend enough.

I would highly recommend Dr Tom Jodlovich and the therapists at Smooth As Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic. I have been going in to Smooth As Silk for years for all my cosmetic needs, from laser hair removal to microdermabrasion to anti wrinkle injections and have been very happy with the results every time. Dr Jodlovich and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They treat their patients and clients with respect and care and explain all the procedures in a very understanding manner. I have been here for half a year. Everything was perfect and I sincerely hope it would be as good as before.
Until the recent two months, the laser hair remover service quality went down a lot, I can feel my hair grow much faster and stronger compared to before. And the customer service becomes awful. The price goes up without communication and all I got was 'That was special. Not anymore.'
While claiming to be the cheapest clinic within certain areas, I found another clinic charging half of the price I was charged.
I felt upset and disappointed. People would not pay to suffer or weak explanations

I recently had laser skin pigmentation removal treatment at Smooth as Silk Laser and Cosmetic Clinic in Newtown. I had my first appointment for lip fillers and Botox and I couldn't be happier with the results! The service was flawless and has been on every appointment. The detail and information given regarding the procedure was great and very reassuring and you can tell they have such a passion for what they do, which made me feel very comfortable. A day after my procedure I only had a few bruises and no pain at all! I will be back and will be referring all friends!
