Group dance classes are a fun way for adults to learn in a friendly social setting. At MOVE, we offer a variety of dance and fitness classes for our clients to choose from, our adult classes are not limited to terms and drop ins are always welcome. Come and join one of our many classes, and explore the world of dance and fitness with others who share your passion and interests.
There are endless reasons why it's great to involve your children in dance. Apart from improving their physical fitness, dancing helps in exercising the brain and improving problem solving, it provides opportunities for socialising and learning to work in a group, it creates room for self expression, provides education and self discipline and helps improve self esteem.

It is fantastic to find such a bright, welcoming studio in Sydney offering classes for all age groups and abilities, combined with the hottest in dance trends and the latest music. Aric, Masha and their team of teachers are very motivational and inspiring. Move really is a must for all dancers!

Have been attending studio classes for 3 years. We always have had the most experienced, patient, skilful, tireless, caring teachers with best facilities in town. And students are diverse but very helpful, attentive, cheerful and sociable. Anybody can join any classes or private lessons provided at any level. It's a finest place for beautiful growth of your body + heart + soul !
