I've been on my meditation journey since I first arrived in Australia (from London) in 1998. That's when I first began meditating overlooking Bondi Beach and my love affair of the body-mind was awakened. I completed my first meditation studies in Rishikesh, India, as part of a yoga teacher training certificate and have since qualified as a Gawler Foundation Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) teacher.
I've been facilitating meditation classes since 2009 and continue to learn more about the mind. I'm currently in the middle of a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Studies in Religion with a Peace Studies minor. My focus is on Buddhism, Hinduism, and Meditation in Eastern Religions. At Oasis Healing and Meditation, my aim is to provide tools and services to help us all learn how to RELAX more and STRESS less.

Hannah is a skilled and articulate facilitator who makes everyone feel at ease no matter what their level of experience is. She offered a variety of meditation experiences including mindfulness, journaling, walking meditation and my absolute favourite - two longer meditations in which she used crystal bowl and her voice to open our chakras and transport us to bliss. The full day retreat hosted by Hannah was a wonderful and calming experience. We were treated to various types of meditation - each one teaching our own self awareness - understanding the importance, simplicity and benefits of being in the moment (present) - reducing a negative mindset and increasing patience and love to self and others. Each meditation session was in collaboration with beautiful background music - harmonic singing from Hannah herself and gorgeous aromas from essential oils.

I highly recommend one of Hannah's incredible, deeply relaxing massages to anyone wanting to fully de-stress and unwind. Truly the most relaxing massage I can remember having ... in fact I drifted off twice! On top of melting away all tension in my back, neck and shoulders, the foot reflexology was next level and the crystal bowl sound healing was a new experience which seemed to emphasise my newfound feeling of calm and inner peace.
