The food for our wedding was excellent, everyone enjoyed the food and gave really good feedback. Platinum Cuisine was very flexible in changing the numbers due to COVID Lockdown and refunded the money for the guests who could not come to our wedding. I highly recommend Platinum Cuisine for your caterer. Thanks Arthur and the team for making our wedding ran smoothly.

For the past two years I have had the pleasure of working with Arthur and his wonderful team for Mossman State High School’s Year 12 Graduation Dinner. Absolutely delicious food, great service, well priced and lots of options to choose from. Always professional and accommodating, meeting requests for any dietary needs for a large number of guests.
