Matt and his crews did a great job from designing our home renovation to selecting materials to demolition and installation. The schedule was, remarkably, adhered to almost precisely. In the end the most important thing was that the total look and workmanship was outstanding and eight months later we are still enjoying the renovated house (kitchen, lounge area, bedrooms and bathroom) with no problems. And Matt is a great guy - very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. We are planning to do a further renovation on our second guest bathroom and are going back to Matt and Principle

Having just completed an en-suite bathroom renovation with Principal Renovations I am in the box seat to spread the word about my renovation experience. From the start both Matt and Sharon were amazingly friendly, personable and helpful with all aspects of the process. When Matt came into my home to have a look and formulate a quote for the renovation, he was both polite and respectful and not one little bit "pushy" in his conversation, suggestions and manner.
