Services
Stock items can be collected from our Townsville warehouse Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00 pm. or delivery can be arranged on any of the local couriers. For out-of-town customers, orders can be placed via either phone, fax or email and if received early enough can usually be dispatched the same day (depending on availability) using any one of the many freight options available.
Sewing Trade Equipment was originally founded as a local source of supply for the clothing, Trimming and Upholstery trades of North Queensland with Industrial sewing machines, Threads, PVC's, Vinyls and other everyday items used by these trades at competative wholesale prices and local availability.

I have had a very unpleasant experience with these guys. I had a martial arts uniform 'patched' (basically embroidery onto a material, and the material sewn on). The turn around time was initially okay, however the patches quickly fell apart and ripped, as well as one of the patches having already started fraying from the moment I received it (it was a poor cut out job).
After taking it back to get fixed up, I waited 1 month (after multiple visits) before I got the uniform back fixed.
Following, I asked for the embroidery files and after 2 weeks heard absolutely nothing until I called and spoke
