I was travelling from Toowoomba to Brsibane Airport. They pick you up from the home address. Service was courteous, from the booking thru to the driver. Although I had to cancel one way they did not deduct fees as I used the other potion to travel later. The grey hound bus is cheaper but this is a more personalised service. Recommend it if you are willing to pay the extra amount, They have adequate space for luggage
