I spoke with the managers over the phone several times and every time they were so helpful and accommodating ... just the same as when we arrived. It was a Sunday and they found it no trouble to open the office and guide us to our site, even though it was after hours. It's certainly a small park, but one that is very central, and it seems to make the most of the space it has. The amenities were absolutely spotless!! We were able to utilise some visitor parking spaces for a short time, which was a bonus. This is a busy, congested town and I was grateful that we were able to stay here while visiting

We were late booking in the holidays so could only get the studio ensuite cabin. I really wanted a separate bedroom for myself and my daughter but took it anyway. Turned out that the main bed was open to the area with the kitchen and there were 2 bunk beds in an area that could be closed off. Perfect. Clean cabin, fabulous staff and walking distance to town. Absolutely wonderful.

Looking forward to a two night stay on a powered site. Understandable that the grass was dry...but to pay for a dust bowl of dirt and grit was disappointing..left the next morning with no offer of a refund for our second night. Not a good experience.

My husband and l are newbys to holidaying with a Caravan..I spoke to Sharon from Bacchus Marsh Caravan Park that she may need to set up a camera when we arrive to have a great laugh at us trying to back it in...Sharon went out of her way to make things very easy for us on arrival with a great site to park our van.
I would highly recommend this Caravan Park, amenities are very clean and showers very hot.. And the staff so friendly and helpful..PS no camera needed 😊

Owners super friendly. Cleanest Bathroom facilities we have ever come across in 30 years of travelling around Australia. Kudos to the owners and the cleaners. Generally the whole park was neat and tidy. The camp kitchen is a great little set up and comes with a dart board and darts. The unpowered site area had a playground and is nice and open. Highly recommend this park, would come back.

The new managers had only been there 3 mths but so incredibly helpful for my stay and eager to help.
They even managed to angle grind off my tow ball lock after the key snapped inside, very happy camper.
They popped us right next to the camp kitchen which we loved, great seating and big sinks, benches, good sized fridge, pots, toasters, kettles etc. The facilities were great, wonderfully clean, esp the tiles and showers in amenities, and staff very polite. Thanks guys, we'll def be back as was very close to family so no need to impose on them. Bonus was the neighbouring servo.

Needing overnight accommodation for 4 adults we booked into a 2 bedroom cabin. It was clean, more spacious than others we have stayed in, and the host, Judy, was extra helpful by providing access to the disabled shower in the other part of the park when she discovered I was on crutches. The whole place was very neat and well maintained as well as quiet overnight and in the morning.

Loved our stay, will definitely return.
We've stayed here before and will again.
The staff are so friendly, they helped me drive my caravan onto the site as I'm not too experienced.
We were able to extend our stay at late notice.
Cleanest ammenities. Small playground for the children traveling, pet friendly (please keep dogs on leash and respect that pets can't be left alone or enter the ammenities or camp kitchen)
Camp kitchen is very clean and updated.
All over, we love this holiday park.
